If you live in Barcelona, or have ever had the pleasure of cycling in our great city, then you already know a simple truth- cycling here is truly easy and stress free. However, there is nothing like international recognition, especially when it comes from the likes of CNN, who have included Barcelona in their list of the World's top 15 bike-friendly cities.

With a list that includes such cycling strongholds as Ottawa (apparently there are more bikes than cars in this small, northern California city of 65,000 - impressive!), through to Bogotá with its sweeping, segregated bike paths, it's nice to know that good old Barcelona, with its trend setting Bicing system, is recognised as one of the world's best.
